These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MiddletonN&P mobile application and related services (“the App”), operated by MiddletonN&P (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly permit anyone under the age of 17 to create an account or use the App.
If we discover that a user is under 17, we will promptly terminate their account and delete any associated data.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to post, share, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:
- Constitutes, promotes, or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors. This includes, without limitation: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form (images, video, audio, text, or illustrations); content that sexualizes minors; grooming, solicitation, or enticement of minors for sexual purposes; trafficking of minors; and any other content that exploits or harms children in a sexual manner. Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or abusive toward any individual or group
- Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence or illegal activity
- Contains spam, malware, phishing, or other deceptive or harmful content
- Infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
- Contains graphic depictions of self-harm or suicide without a public health context
MiddletonN&P reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts responsible for such content.
3. Child Safety Policy
The safety of children is our highest priority. MiddletonN&P strictly and explicitly prohibits all content or conduct that constitutes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any visual, audio, or written depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct
- Luring, grooming, or soliciting minors for sexual purposes
- Facilitating, arranging, or promoting the sexual trafficking of minors
- Non-consensual sexualization of minors, including fictional or illustrated depictions
- Any communication intended to facilitate real-world harm to a child
If we become aware of any CSAE content on our platform, we will:
- Immediately remove the content
- Permanently terminate the responsible account(s)
- Report the content to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
Users who encounter any suspected CSAE content on the App should report it immediately through the in-app report feature or by contacting us at charles@middletonapps.com.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on the App. By posting content, you grant MiddletonN&P a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and moderate that content in connection with operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and its compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
6. Content Moderation
We operate automated and human content moderation systems to enforce these Terms. Automated tools scan posts and comments at the time of submission for prohibited content. Reported content is reviewed by MiddletonN&P administrators, who may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other enforcement action.

7. Intellectual Property
All App content, branding, and technology not created by users is owned by MiddletonN&P or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiddletonN&P is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We do not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated content posted by third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in California.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.
